Dec 19,  · Didier Malherbe carries on this tradition with "Bloom", and the album is worthy of Gong's high standards. Fundamentally, all these offshoot bands have played the same type of progressive jazz rock that the original Gong played during the seventies. Check out Pip Pyle's "7 Year Itch" album which features Didier.

Emeric's "Dan Dan" is the lone non-Malherbe composition, and chiefly features his stellar guitar playing. Malherbe's epic "Suite a tout de suite" closes: an eclectic mix of acoustic guitar, sax and electric piano. Bloom is a phenomenal album, offering yet another look at the remarkable talent that was Gong.

The Who (Tommy) 2x vinyl LP, Album Tommy is the fourth studio album by the English rock band the Who. It was first released as a double album on by Decca Records. The album was mostly composed by guitarist Pete Townshend, and is a rock opera that tells the story of Tommy Walker, a "deaf, dumb and blind" boy, including his Missing: Dan-Dan.
